You can request a return if:
The product is defective or damaged during shipping.
You received the wrong item or size.
The product does not match the description on Tirizo.
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as:
Personal care items (toothbrushes, razors, cosmetics).
Innerwear and lingerie.
Perishable goods (food, flowers, medicines).
We encourage you to review product descriptions before purchasing.
Once we receive the returned item, our quality team inspects it. If approved, the refund is initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, card, or wallet).
If the product is rejected (damaged due to misuse, missing accessories), Tirizo reserves the right to deny a refund.
Refund status can be tracked in your Tirizo account or via email notifications.
Instead of a refund, you can request a replacement for eligible items. Tirizo ensures that the replacement process is quick and hassle-free.
If Tirizo is at fault (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping is free.
If the return is due to personal reasons (changed mind, wrong choice), a small shipping fee may apply.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, you must follow the return process. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
